Care of Alpaca Wool Products
Alpaca wool products should be HAND WASHED ONLY in cool water.
After washing, our Alpaca wool products should be dried flat. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY
Returns/Guarantees Policy
No Quibble Guarantee - our returns policy is simple! Our "no quibble"
guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase,
i.e. the item you have ordered is defective or you've had a change
of heart you must contact us within 21 days of
initial despatch and arrange for us to collect the goods.
This guarantee only applies to goods that remain unused, in their original
condition and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging. When first unpacking your new purchase, please do
so somewhere clean and safe - we cannot replace or make refunds for dirty,
torn or otherwise damaged goods.
On receipt and inspection of the returned goods we will (within 7 days of receipt)
arrange for a refund, replacement or exchange.
How to Arrange for Return of Goods - IMPORTANT: YOU MUST NOT return
the goods to us - we will collect the goods from you, anywhere on the
UK mainland. Simply call us on 01507 568249, and one of our customer
support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will
enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
Items lost in transit - we cannot be held responsible for packages that
you decide to send to us that subsequently become lost in transit: You
must follow our returns procedure and telephone us on 01507 568249 and
arrange for us to collect the goods from your address.
Refunds, replacement and exchange -: refunds for returned items will
be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s)
by The Alpaca Wool Company Ltd. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that
was used to make the initial purchase. Please note, in all instances The Alpaca Wool Company Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses,
including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial
losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints Procedure - The Alpaca Wool Company Ltd takes its relationships with customers
very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we
keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt,
whether they are enquiries or complaints. If email is too impersonal, we
encourage you to phone us on 01507 568249, where our customer support
team will gladly be of assistance.
